These are the 32 teams at the Singapore Major: G2 survive, TYLOO miss out and there's no Spanish team

The list is final. With the VRS ranking closing on 2 November, the 32 teams that will play PGL Major Singapore 2026, the first Counter-Strike Major in Southeast Asia, are now known. The event offers $1,250,000 and its best-of-five grand final will be played on 13 December, with the playoffs at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

Places are split by region: 18 for Europe, 9 for the Americas and 5 for Asia. Depending on their ranking, each team enters one of the event's three stages.

Stage 3: the top eight

Straight into the last stage before the playoffs: MOUZ, Vitality, Aurora, Spirit, BETBOOM and Falcons from Europe, and Brazil's FURIA and Legacy from the Americas. FURIA arrive as PGL Masters Bucharest champions and in the middle of FalleN's farewell season, with the veteran retiring at the end of the year.

Stage 2

Waiting in Stage 2 are FUT, Nemiga, NAVI, G2, 1win and Astralis from Europe; MIBR from the Americas; and The MongolZ from Asia.

There are several stories here. NAVI keep their record of never having missed a Major, after salvaging a very difficult autumn in Bucharest. Nemiga, finalists in Romania after coming through the closed qualifier, cap a remarkable month. And G2 are in despite finishing last in Bucharest without winning a single match: the points they built up over the year were enough.

FUT is SunPayus's team, with an important caveat: according to HLTV, the Spaniard didn't complete the five matches required with his new team before the cutoff, so he won't have his own sticker and can only play as a substitute. For the same reason, Astralis cannot count on cmtry, who is still tied to FUT's roster.

Stage 1

The sixteen teams opening the event are:

Europe: Ninjas in Pyjamas, HEROIC, Eternal Fire, PARIVISION, FaZe and 100 Thieves.
Americas: Liquid, M80, Imperial, 9z, DENDELE and Wildcard.
Asia: BC.Game, FlyQuest, Chinggis Warriors and Lynn Vision.

The standout is BC.Game, which, thanks to the exception Valve granted it to compete through Asia, brings s1mple back to a Major for the first time since the BLAST.tv Paris Major in 2023.

The last places

The fight went down to the final days. In Europe, HOTU lost the GLuck Moscow Cyber Games final to 1win, which left the last place to 100 Thieves, who also won FiRe Last Chance. In the Americas, Wildcard secured their spot by knocking out NRG at the same event. And in Asia, Lynn Vision took the last place after TYLOO withdrew from HyperX Retake in Lisbon.

Who misses out

The most notable absentees include TYLOO, HOTU, NRG, paiN, fnatic, B8, BIG and Envy, the French project that had just returned to Counter-Strike with the former 3DMAX roster.

There will be no Spanish team either. Iberian Soul is not among the invitees, so Spain's presence in Singapore will come down to SunPayus, even if from FUT's bench.
